About The Artist

I'm Laura. I am a self-taught painter, writer, and astrologer: in other words, a seer, and a translator of light. I am a lover of mythology, mysticism, folklore, symbolism, and art history. I perceive the world through a lens of magical realism, where the gods and the otherworldly are alive and well and ever-present, and I aspire for that sensibility to be reflected in my art.

I currently live and work in Fredericksburg, VA, with a studio at LibertyTown Arts Workshop.
